What to Expect: Students

The adolescent years can be tough, for parents and teens! Welcome to Launch Student Ministry, our ministry to students in grades 6 - 12. We’re here to teach the truths of Scripture, provide a place for kids to hang out and build meaningful relationships with peers and adults, and encourage parents. Our students come from a variety of public and private schools in the area, including Bellaire, Lamar, Pershing, Lanier, HSPVA, Carnegie, Houston Christian, Veritas, and more.

What can students expect on Sunday mornings? At 9:30 am, they meet for a great breakfast and then divide into grade based groups for Bible study. The teaching is relevant for their lives and is led by adults who really care about teens and know how to relate to them. Students typically participate in worship at 11:00 am but are welcome to attend the 9:30 worship service.
